For the past three days I’ve gotten up before the sun has
risen, twice for fitness and once for university. And despite feeling utterly
dead and groggy initially, after washing up and a little help from my good old
buddy, coffee, I feel like I’ve been extremely productive. Maybe I am a morning
person after all? The best part of it is the feeling of having already achieved
something in your day while others sleep soundly in their beds. I do love my
sleep and warm comfy bed (especially on cold winter mornings) but I feel like
this is a torture which I should nurture and hopefully ease my body into
adapting. Especially if I work more efficiently, feel more motivated and content. Just some thoughts.
